In a rapidly evolving manufacturing industry, CCAT continues to lead efforts in technology adoption, automation, digital transformation, and workforce development. Throughout the month, CCAT engaged industry professionals, students, and educators through career fairs, interactive sessions, expert panels, and the relaunch of an enhanced Digital Manufacturing Training Week. These initiatives showcased cutting-edge technologies, practical adoption strategies, and career pathways designed to close the skills gap and inspire the next generation of manufacturing talent. By connecting stakeholders and reinforcing collaboration, CCAT demonstrated its year-round commitment to strengthening Connecticut’s manufacturing ecosystem and beyond.
